Core idea

A system prompt gives Navi a focused operating method for a common kind of work. Choose one when it closely matches the task, then provide your objective, relevant sources, and desired result.

How to use
system prompts

Open the Prompt Library, find the System prompts, and select the one that best fits the work. You do not need to copy, edit, or maintain the prompt yourself.

1 · Choose the closest fitUse a system prompt when its purpose clearly matches your task. Use ordinary chat when no specialized mode is needed.
2 · Add your contextState the outcome, audience, source files, boundaries, and any decisions or approvals that matter.
3 · Review the resultSystem prompts improve the method, but users remain responsible for judgment, source quality, and approval.

System prompts are maintained by the platform and may change over time. Availability can vary by deployment. This appendix includes Excel Workbook Creation and Word Document Creation based on GrowthIQ’s current deployment and should be verified by GrowthIQ product leadership before client publication.
